9 Months

Really? Jackson is already 9 months old.
I don't know if it is because I know he is my last one, or if the fact that at 9 months Anthony was about half the size. But time is FLYING by!
Currents:
  • Weight: 21.44 lbs (69% centile)
  • Height: 29.5 in (89% centile)
  • Waves
  • Gives high five
  • Patty Cake
  • Stands without holding onto anything
  • Walks around furniture, while holding onto it
  • Shakes head no
  • Jackson has skipped the 9 month clothing and has moved right onto the 12 months.
BUSTED!
I love you little man!

Are you ready for some FOOTBALL!

That's right. Now that summer is over it's time for football season. College started first. Shane and I were lucky enough to go to the home opener for Utah. Just not together. He had a friend that offered him a seat and Jontue invited me to go with her.
It was a first college game for both me and Shane. It was a lot of fun. Of course Utah won! Below is a picture of me and Jontue at halftime. The matching shirts weren't planned.

Up next is Raider football. We drove 11 hours to Oakland, for the Monday night home opener. It was a long drive but the trip of course was well worth it.
Here we are getting ready to head up to the coliseum to start tailgating.
RAAAIIIIDDDDEEERRRSSS!

Farewell Summer

It's that dreadful time of year. Time to say farewell summer. Here are just a few things we did to enjoy this summer.
We watched fireworks.
Trever graduated High School. Congratulations!
Played in kiddie pools.
Enjoyed baseball games.
Enjoyed some time in Las Vegas with family.
The kids enjoyed the sun.
Jackson learned patty-cake. They jumped in and out of the pool often.
Anthony enjoyed carnival rides.
We met Thomas the Train, and went for a ride.

Box Top$ for Education

Please save you box tops for education. Every box top is donated to Anthony's class, the money stays in his class. What a great way for the teacher to get the supplies she needs for the classroom.

Preschool

Hard to believe my oldest is in preschool. Granted he was in preschool last year. However that only was 2 days a week. He is officially in preschool going 4 days a week. We even have him taking the bus.
Excited for the first day of school.

Waiting for the bus..

Watching the bus drive away with my baby!

Report from Anthony: He took the bus, left the backpack on the bus (was able to catch it before the bus drove away) and sang if your happy and your nose.

He said what?!?!

So here are some more of those amazing things Anthony comes up with.
Playing on the xbox, wanting to do something that cost money.
M: You can't use that. It cost money.
A: No it doesn't.
M: Yes it does.
Anthony comes over grabs my hand and is trying to pull me up.
M: Where are we going?
A: Down to my room to get money out of my piggy bank.
-----------------------------------------------------
Anthony seeing a new toy that he wants on t.v.
A: I want that!
M: You do?
A: Yes!
M: Better ask Santa for it
A: That's a bad idea.
M: Bad idea? Why?
A: Cuz it's a bad idea. No good.
