Look what we got!

So I am really behind on blogging. I have been so busy with the overtime (that was extended). That I have missed posting such things as the aquarium trip, Easter, Bon Jovi, and more karate updates for Anthony.

But about 4 weeks ago we decided it was time to get another car. Shane has never had his own car that this car would be his primary use and a new family car at the same time. I really wanted something with more trunk space and roomy for the family. Personally I would have chosen some kind of crossover.. However that was completely out of our budget.

So this is what we came up with....

2010 Chevrolet HHR.

We rented one last year on vacation and enjoyed it. So this was are compromise of a car and a crossover.
Shane has already added his touch to the car.

Mothers Day

Best part of Mothers day is the handmade cards. Anthony came home with this card for me. On the front is a picture of him and our yellow house.

Inside it says You Rock Mom.
Awwwww... Tender.
Joanie also sent me these beautiful flowers.

I had a wonderful Mothers day weekend. Friday night went to dinner and a movie with the girls and spent some time Saturday night scrapbooking.
