Busy Weekend

This entire month every Saturday has been planed with either working or traveling. Finally I have a weekend to myself (so I thought).

Saturday started off to the corn maze with the kiddos.
Anthony running ahead, trying to follow the map to get us out.

Here they were super excited to find one of the check points.

Once we escaped the corn maze. They had a birthday party. Anthony was a bit off on putting the skeletons mouth on him.

Jackson was a bit off too.

Next activity for the day was a Halloween party at the Karate studio.

Anthony cheated well at limbo.

After that party and the trunk or treat. We had our annual family party. I made the above for the potluck. Not sure why I found it so funny, but I did.

We even found a Princess.

Of course Jackson loved this game.. It involved throwing balls inside.

Tonight the kids wanted to make Shane a cake for his birthday.

They did most of the work.

And enjoyed the mixers afterwards.

Time to carve pumpkins. Jackson really enjoyed it this year.Anthony did a great job doing it himself. He even designed his own face on it.

Quick trip to Vegas

So about a month a ago I found out my sister was coming to the Mainland from Hawaii. I haven't seen her in 2 years, so it was important that we get to spend some time with her. Unfortunately we just returned from Disneyland a week earlier. Anthony we had to leave home since he couldn't miss anymore school.

So we packed up the car, and a happy Jackson and hit the road.
We arrived Saturday afternoon and went to visit my grandma.

Then off to dinner at Outback. Aren't they cute?

After dinner, we went to the Belliago to see the fountians.

Sunday we went to sports bar with the Las Vegas booster club to watch the Raiders game.

Monday Tina and myself went to Bingo with Grandma and then we all went shopping at the outlet mall. After a busy few the drive home was a good time to catch up on some sleep.

It was a very last minute trip, and quick but it was good to see all of my family.

Guess who is missing a tooth?!?!?

He had his first tooth come loose a couple of nights ago. After a minor meltdown, of thinking it was going to hurt or bleed the tooth finally fell out last night.

How much you ask did he get from the tooth fairy?

$3.. That is one lucky kid.

Hard to believe my little guy is growing up.
