I just want to say how amazing my husband is. He has been smoking for about 10 years now, and has decided to stop. So far he is been smoke free for 2 days, going on day 3. He has chosen to go stop cold turkey. No patch or pill. I am so proud him! Way to go and keep it up!

YAY! It's so hard going cold turkey. When James quit cold turkey I almost wanted him to start again cuz he was so Awnry. LOL!
I hope he keeps it up. Good for him for trying.
